Your soncityshop products are made to last. If something happens within the 2-year warranty, we’re here to help you. Products that are within the 2-year warranty period are eligible for repairs free of charge with proof of purchase from soncityshop. Each case will be dealt with on an individual basis and repairs may take up to 3-4 weeks, excluding shipping time. Unfortunately, international orders are not eligible for repairs given the constraints of shipping and customs.
If your product needs repair, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with photos and a description of the product issue. If possible, please also include the original order number so we can easily reference the order.
Because we believe in the quality of our products, soncityshop is proud to offer a 2 year warranty.
When possible, we believe in repairing rather than replacing products that need service in order to extend the product’s life and keep products out of landfills. For any manufacturing defects during the warranty period, repairs are on us. If a product cannot be repaired, we will offer a replacement if the product is still available. If the product is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. For leather goods, this includes but is not limited to: marks, scratches, or softening of the leather. For apparel, this includes but is not limited to: normal pilling and staining.
